Changing file name/extension in sidebar does not update open tab title for that file

Details

If you update a file in the attachments tree section that is open in a tab, the tab title does not change accordingly.
Assignee: nobody → smcarthur
Priority: -- → P1
Target Milestone: --- → Builder 1.0
The tab for the file who's name was changed also becomes unelectable, forcing the user to close and reopen the file.
Scratch that, after name change, you can't even open the changed file again, forcing the user to reload the entire page.
This was fixed at some point thanks to the shift to Shipyard and Model change events.
