The audience should always be scheme://domain[:port] where port is only given if not the default (:80 or :443).  The server should normalize this, with missing scheme, upper case, etc.

This should happen in the client, but for now we should leave the client alone and just fix this on the server.
note that myapps is currently under https, so we'll just have to default to an https scheme

I'll leave this bug open to track the client side of things.

The old app sync codebase is no longer going to be supported. Apps in the cloud will be under a different codebase. None of these bugs are valid anymore.
