Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to www.redd.it
2. scroll down
3. tap on a link "A" which became visible only after scrolling down
4. after page loads, tab the Back button
5. scroll down more
6. tap on another link "B", further down
7, after page loads, tap the Back button

Result: 

the page is scrolled down to the first link I taped, link "A", not to the last link, "B"

Expected result:

page is scrolled to link "B" (this is how it works with the native browser)

Device: HTC Desire HD with Gingerbread
OS: Mac OS X → Android
Hardware: x86 → ARM

Maintaining scroll position while going back seems to be broken in general. Duping this bug to 708795.
