Details
Since tests run in series, it is possible that a test will change the state of the browser which could affect tests later on in the run. Since it is likely impossible to start from a fresh slate (without restarting the browser and re-creating the profile), tests should always attempt to clean up after themselves. However, the harness should take some actions to mitigate negative impacts if tests don't clean up after themselves. For example opening a new tab for each test to run in and closing it afterwards.
