710390 - Sync doesn't work on Android

Apologies in advance, because this is probably a compound bug that deserves to be split up. Here's my experience so far:

* Started with an Aurora 10.0a2 profile in which I'd already installed apps using earlier Open Web Applications and Web Activities extensions, built from GitHub

* Removed those extensions.

* Installed the Apps Runtime extension in my existing Aurora profile.

* Deleted each of the pre-existing apps in my desktop dashboard.

* Installed the Apps Runtime apps on a Motorola Photon (Gingerbread) and an ASUS Transformer (Honeycomb).

* Logged in as [e-mail] using BrowserID on desktop, phone, and tablet.

* Installed a new app from the desktop, but never saw it appear on either Android devices.

* On each Android device, I tried Menu->Dashboard, saw no apps.

* Then, I tried Menu->Refresh. That gave me a BrowserID "Sign In" button and a "Loading..." message. Tapping "Sign In" seems to do nothing.

* Later, on advice from #openwebapps, I got `adb logcat` running. 

* When I launched and hit Menu -> Refresh, this is what I saw: http://pastebin.mozilla.org/1404488

Oh, I should also mention that I *was* able to install apps on each of the Android devices from the marketplace. I just never saw anything from desktop, and have never gotten Menu -> Refresh to work properly

No reason I can think of, other than that I either accidentally clicked the checkbox or private was the default for this project.

Have any bugs in mind, so this can be RESOLVED DUPLICATE? FWIW, I'm not likely to spend time bug hunting, if that was an imperative directed at me.

Sync works and is used to install apps across devices. Reopen if there is a more specific issue.
