hwine ran "rm -rf /builds" on foopy08 (instead of foopy18) Based on irc advice, foopy08 was rebooted to stop all foopy related processes, and effectively remove itself and its tegras (040-052) from production. Outage occurred during the previously scheduled downtime (bug 705823)
fixed foopy08 and restarted the scripts
