Details

XUL runtime is taking approx 5-10 seconds to launch on mac. This is much less than the 30 seconds reported on linux, so thought it might be worth a review as well. given that i am also on a fast machine, so maybe this is best case. Need Guidelines as to what is accepted start times for native apps as well
