Details
remove the entry "Customize the Start Page" from the support home page. pick up an other "how to". your call.

As discussed during our conf call in December, we will use the start page as a communication channel with the users. To make sure new users don't remove this page, I think it's better to dig it a little bit deeper in the knowledge base... If we provide valuable information on the page with the discoverability program, users won't be tempted to customize this page.
