How do I get FORMS to record uid and pwd?

Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9.1.19) Gecko/20110420 SeaMonkey/2.0.14
Build ID: 20110420224852
Steps to reproduce:
I enter a uid and pwd, but can't for the life of me, get it to record this NEW form information!
Actual results:
On the user website for Cricket Communications, I check and keep track of cell phones for our friends and family. We have 4 and now I have added a 5th. The 4 are all recorded and both the uid and pwd function as expected, I have now entered this 5th one some 4 times and still can't get FORMS TO RECORD IT!!!
Expected results:
This 5th cell is a new number and account and is exactly the same as the other 4 that all work fine, BUT I simply can not get forms to record this one.
Does FORMS have a specific control, that when clicked or selected, FORCES FORMS TO RECORD THE ENTERED ITEMS?

This sounds like a user support question and not a bug. Please ask in our support forums first. Thanks.
I have several times Please ask in our support forums first. Thanks. but with no help. So it must be a bug!!!
Are you afforded the option if you are running a current version of SeaMonkey?
This page: https://account.mycricket.com/
I enter "abc" as "phone number" & "def" as "password", & click "go to my account".
SeaMonkey prompts me to "Remember password for 'abc' on mycricket.com".
So, WFM.
Not all websites (& it is the site that can control the option) allow for (browser) saving of un/pw.
In those case, sometimes a bookmarklet may help.
https://www.squarefree.com/bookmarklets/forms.html#remember_password
I get the same prompt to save un/pw in SeaMonkey 2.0.14.
Above, I said that, I do have 4 recorded as expected, but can't see why the 5th one will not record == IS THERE A COMMAND TO FORCE IT TO RECORD?? == are you saying it is the web site?
I have done this over 3 days with the computer on and off and so on, so what is causing it NOT TO RECORD?
BTW, last year for all the grand kids, some 9 in all, I had all the numbers recorded so we could keep track of their phone bills, so 5 is NOT A LIMITING NUMBER.

Mozillazine Webforum:
http://www.seamonkey-project.org/community#support
Newsgroups and mailing lists:
http://www.seamonkey-project.org/community#groups
This may still be a BUG, but we will close it with this fix:
Go to menu TOOLS/PASSWORD MANAGER. Search for URL and remove any PARTLY ENTERED ITEM -- such as a blank uid but with a pwd.
This will now allow the FORMS to record a whole new entry!!!!
Still no answer on the question of DO WE HAVE A COMMAND TO TELL FORMS TO RECORD?
this bug is closed.
