while trying to apply DOM styling to XML + CSS tables, it appears that DOM access to htm tables is still fairly buggy simple test htm test case
NB it appears cell dimensions can not be returned if cell widths/heights initially default to auto

please ignore seems I should be using offsetHeight (computedStyle) marking as invalid
