1. go to https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/de/
2. hit the browser id button
3. log in with a valid browser id account but fresh mozillian account
4. hit cancel

Expected: https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/de/ for the url and in german

actual : https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/en-US/?next=/de/u/ for the url and in english.
Turns out that both cancel and accept will revert the site to english.

https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/en-US/u/067e9d45df

Found there's a lot of one offs with language changing and logging in and out or creation of accounts, cancellations.  Need to talk to a dev in order to figure out what's the worth in pursuing in a matrix to test.

I'm still able to produce this error:

1. Login using /de/
2. You get redirected to /en-US/ 

ONLY when your languages preference in your browser does not list 'de' on the top.
