What do we need to do to fix/reset the sync lag? It looks like a slave is 3 hours and 42 minutes behind? mozillians2.dev.db.phx1:LDAP Syncrepl is CRITICAL: CRITICAL: Slave out of date by 13362 seconds.

This doesn't go in the databases component. It is LDAP. I think this is actually resolved, but assigning to jason to confirm.

This is due to an issue with StartTLS syncrepl and sasl-browserid. To temporarily mitigate we have disabled TLS.
