Details

As discussed today, we want a separate domain for background add-on version checks to go to so that they can be killed when load is too high.

Wil or Jeremy can add details here but I think we want it to be pretty much the exact same as versioncheck.addons.mozilla.org.

I don't have a domain preference so if you'd like it to be different feel free, but please update the related bugs.
