When you rotate a device from portrait to landscape, before firefox rotates, the toolbar flashes.

Definately still see this on 13.0a1 (02/07) Galaxy Nexus on rotation.

removing qawanted cause its easy to reproduce.  however, did we want a regression-range instead?  if so, lots of changes to the awesomebar has landed since this bug was opened.   

We can bisect, just let us know if a range is still needed.

The patch posted as a part of bug 727438 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=607356) removes "re-inflation of action bar" in ICS.

Even after that, I see the action bar flickering at times -- when we don't control it.
On a closer look, I found that even the notification bar flickers at times. This is a problem with ICS on Galaxy Nexus during rotation, and we don't have control over it.

And bug 727438 tries to speed up rendering of the URLBar as well. I don't think there is much more we can do here. For now I am WONTFIXing this since we don't have an explicit fix.
