There seems to be enough to do, and that's being done, and that will be done, to warrant a component. A suggested component description (people should suggest tweaks or whatever if they have them): "File bugs here concerning functionality implemented in the mfbt/ source directory."
I think you should actually explain what code under this directory does. "mfbt" isn't descriptive enough.
"File bugs here for headers, macros, data structures, methods, and other functionality which should be available to SpiderMonkey and to all Gecko code, implemented in the mfbt/ source directory." Perhaps? I'm inclined to not over-think this. This code's kind of like XPCOM, it's pretty general in its functionality, so a meaningful, informative description for bug filers and the like isn't the easiest thing to write.
