For single device accounts, sync is performed after less than 24 hours ib browser is restarted.

Preconditions:
1. Sync is configured and only 1 device is attached at the current account
2. Previous sync was successful (Next sync in 86400000 ms - 24h)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Close browser
2. Change PC time to less than 24 hours since previous successful sync (I used more 1 hour)
3. Restart browser

Actual result:
Sync is performed in the next minute after restart.

Expected result:
Sync should not be performed untill 24 hours since previous successful sync.

Please *always* attach logs. You'll need to turn logOnSuccess to true and set the "service.main" logger to Trace (and restart the browser for it to take effect) to produce meaningful logs.

Mihaela: could you clarify step two?

That is, if you synced at 10am on the 15th, to what time do you change the PC time?

What different time values cause a sync to occur or not to occur?

Clarified steps:
1. Set up sync at 8:56 am (only 1 device per account)
2. Close browser
3. Change PC time to 9:57 am (same day)
4. Start browser => sync is fired
5. Close browser
6. Change PC time to 11:00 am (same day)
7. Start browser => sync is fired

It looks like sync is triggered after browser restart, no matter the amount of time

We had logic to make this work differently, but honestly it doesn't matter all that much, info/collections is basically free.
