Column resizing behavior is messed up in trees.  Hyatt suspects his 
nsSplitterFrame changes.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED

I just tested column resizing in bookmarks on a current build, and it works just
fine.  COuld you give more details regarding what is wrong, which tree you're
testing with, etc.?

Fixed by reverting my code.
