I think this bug is invalid. It doesn't say anywhere that it's an AMD *chipset*, it only says it's the amd64 *architecture*, which is also what Intel's CPUs with EMT64 are using. An intel64 instruction set / architecture would be the Itanium series of chips, which we don't support.
