Steps to reproduce:

With a single Firefox window open, open a sidebar which has a load event handler (testcase attached).
Open a new window.
The sidebar opened previously should already be open in the new window, close it.
Switch back to the original window.
Select exit from the File menu.
Start Firefox.
Select "Restore Previous Session" from the History menu.


Actual results:

The sidebar's load event handler fires for both windows.


Expected results:

The behaviour should be consistent with opening a new window normally, I.E., the sidebar's load handler should fire only if the sidebar is open.
