Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to AMO https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox
2. Click on "Tools -> Submit a new addon"
3. Go to Step 2
4. Upload a new add-on and observe the upload progress box
Expected Results:
There are no design or layout issues.
Actual Results:
Loader gif overlaps the add-on name while the add-on is uploaded.
Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF9 on Win 7

This has bothered me for a long, long time - I shall fix this.
