1. Installed https://www.eff.org/files/https-everywhere-devel.xpi
2. Visited http://www.webmfiles.org/wp-content/uploads/video/big-buck-bunny_trailer.webm


Actual results:

Video controls disappear. I cannot control a video. I see following errors

- Permission denied for <http://www.webmfiles.org> to get property Object.dynamicControls @ chrome://global/content/bindings/videocontrols.xml:452
- this.Utils is undefined @ chrome://global/content/bindings/videocontrols.xml:307


Expected results:

Video controls should appear and able to control video.
