In 10.0b1 we found some issues that cropped up from having a two digit version in the first octet. We should do a staging release of 10 final to make sure we aren't going to hit any more when we build 10 final. Rail said to assign this to him.

So far I haven't found any bug related to the 2 digits. Is there anything particular I should care about?

I have run 10.0 release a couple of times in staging and haven't found any issues related to 1/1+ digits in version.
