71276 - Incredibly long title doesn't refresh correctly and doesn't appear in page info

2) Minimize window
3) Maximize 
4) No title
5) View page info
6) No title

db48x (Daniel Brooks) had the same thing happen on the March 7th build. He also 
had the line showing the title in view source not appear and when he 
highlighted it, it appeared, and when he unhighlighted it, it disappeared. 
Also, I had veiw source crash but I haven't been able to reproduce.

Adding 4xp because this page appears correctly in ns4.x

By the definitions on <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/bug_status.html#severity> and
<http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided>, crashing and dataloss
bugs are of critical or possibly higher severity.  Only changing open bugs to
minimize unnecessary spam.  Keywords to trigger this would be crash, topcrash,
topcrash+, zt4newcrash, dataloss.

Page Info uses textboxes, so that part of this bug is a dup of bug 203964. 
Where else does the title disappear, the titlebar?

Netdemon, can you update the URL or attach the testcase?

Although I don't have the original testcase, I made a new one (hopefully
similiar), and it appears to have been fixed somewhere along the line, which
isn't surprising.

Unable to reproduce with Mozilla 1.7 beta on windows XP. Titlebar holds title
just fine.
