712877 - Most Android test logs not being uploaded

With all the infra troubles we've been having, it's tough to pick a moment when it should become surprising that we're not getting Android test logs uploaded, but I think now I'm surprised. Where I kicked over was when I noticed that for https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Mozilla-Beta&rev=5d3f97f6272c I was up to three runs of reftest-2 (it's permaorange, so it'll never go green, I was just looking for one I could star), without a single one uploading a log. If you look in http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/tinderbox-builds/mozilla-beta-android/1324514276/ where the logs should be, there's only an M7, an R3, and tdhtml and tsspider, despite the push having run 24 test jobs.

It's not just beta, or just android-xul, logs are missing on every tree where I looked, and on both native and xul.

May or may not be related to bug 712988, but trees are closed from the totality of this, that, and bug 712986.

This problem was caused by missing ssh keys on the new Tegra buildbot masters. They're fixed up now AFAIK.
