71288 - "Write [jar|xpi]" dropdown should also change other fields

In write jar/xpi dialog, is you select a different install from the dropdown,
the other fields should also change to values specific to this install.

As now with region and platform files in different jars from main locale
package, and keeping them as different installs in MT, I often have to change
the information displayed in those dialogs, as the display names and save
locations of the different installs vary.

So it would be good to keep this information seperately for every install, and
dynamically change the entries of the dialog fields when selecting a different
install from the dropdown.

MT 5 has a completly new XPI dialog making this bug irrelevant as far as i can see.

The MozillaTranslator component is moving to the Mozilla Localisations product.
