This should be changed to read "End-User Rights"
So i shouldn't translate it right just keep it?
I can't find an aboutDialog.dtd in http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-central/source/km/browser/chrome/browser/ anymore, so at this point it's not being translated and is using the correct English wording.

Please translate this if you would like.
