713028 - Since TB 7.0 manual junk filter only proceeds a few mails and doesn't mark them read

Steps to reproduce:

Basics: last working version was 6.0.2, every release since then incl. 9.0 got the issue.

Within an IMAP account I choose the junk folder and then (German) "Extras | Junk-Filter auf Ordner anwenden".

When I downgrade to 6.0.2 from each of the version 7.0 up to 9.0 the issue is gone and it works again.

The only extension that has to be updated after upgrading/downgrading TB is Enigmail.

Actual results:

A few, maximum about 5 to 10 mails are processed, then the junk filter stops working.

After another try the same issue, another 5 to 10 mails processed and so on.

Mostly only one or two mails are processed.

Also the processed mails are not marked as read and stay in bold font.


Expected results:

All mails inside the junk folder be processed, marked as junk or "not junk" by the training.dat and marked as read, loosing the bold font in the list.

In safe mode the same behavior.

I got just not only one eMail account, perhaps this is a part of the issue?

As updated to v10.0.1 the problem is gone on all my accounts.

If anybody was able to reproduce the issue and also got it solved with v10.0.1 this bug should be resolved.
