Details

If you try to resize Chatzilla (grab a corner and drag) to the smallest window
size Mozilla will lock up.

I don't see this.  What mozilla build are you using?  Are you running the
development chatzilla?
I'm using Build:2001030704. Chatzilla crashed, twice, while on the above URL.
Now when I click on the URL link (above) Chatzilla does not display any buttons
on the toolbar, also Crtl 8 causes no buttons to show on the toolbar. Basically,
Chatzilla just doesn't work now? I'll try a new build tomorrow and see what happens.
try installing the development version if chatzilla from
http://www.hacksrus.com/~ginda/chatzilla .  Both versions work for me on build
2001030608.
The development build fixes the problems I was having. 
Accepting as assigned, I'll mark it fixed when the checkin happens.
