Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0
Build ID: 20111104165243

Steps to reproduce:

Ok in short... I went to view and turned off the menubar in toolbar options. This makes it so that you cant click on the scroll bar and move it up and down to scroll.

Actual results:

Scroll bar is not moveable when menubar is not on. (windows 7 64 bit btw) I can scroll with the arrow keys or using the scroll on my mouse pad.

Expected results:

When Menubar is turned off it should scroll the same as any other time. Not sure what caused this but it is related to the menubar somehow. When you reenable the menubar it works just fine again...
