User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1 Build ID: 20111220165912 Steps to reproduce: Access the following pages, in Firefox 9.0, with the Norton Toolbar extension enabled: http://www.teamtechnology.co.uk/ff1.php http://www.teamtechnology.co.uk/ff2.php The first page is a copy of a questionnaire at our website that has 36 questions with 6 radio buttons for each (216 buttons in total). The second page is an abstracted copy containing only the radio buttons. Actual results: The page appeared to render quickly. However, a radio button could not be selected for 8 seconds (in the first page) or 4 - 5 seconds (in the second page). Expected results: I should have been able to select a radio button as soon as the page was rendered. This problem does not occur in Internet Explorer, which also has Norton Toolbar enabled (the delay in sub-second). The problem occurs on other computers where Norton Toolbar is installed. Also, our page analytics show that the bounce rate on the questionnaire is 20% higher for Firefox than for Internet Explorer, which suggests that other users also experience the same problem.

Closing old bugs in the Plugins component. We aren't going to track issues in 3rd-party plugins in the Mozilla bug tracker. In addition, support for NPAPI plugins will be removed at the end of this year; for more details see the post at https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2015/10/08/npapi-plugins-in-firefox/ If there is a serious bug in Firefox, it needs to be filed in the "Core" product, "Plug-Ins" component.
