Sometime between when it was turned off after birch landed on mozilla-central and when it was turned back on yesterday, tpan on XUL Fennec rotted. As a handy place where there are lots of them, see https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Mozilla-Inbound&noignore=1&rev=3d0cf1dd0a5a&jobname=tpan where I got six in a row before my finger got tired, and I just hid them on mozilla-inbound and mozilla-central.
And hid it on mozilla-aurora, services-central, build-system. Near-random data-point: as of the last merge to Cedar, on December 7th (while we were still running talos on both xul and native apparently), it wasn't yet broken.
Amusingly enough, it's still visible on Try. Probably very few people are dumb enough to actually run Talos on Android on Try, but those that do? They ignore it.
