same bug report labeled 713279 issue # 2 . was asked to resubmit separately. 

download does not ask where to "save" second or more files. "ask where to save each time" checked. saves second and more files to same directory.

dial up. save file.zip 39.7mb then click to download second file file2.zip 44.9mb.
have "always ask where to save file" button checked. second file gets saved in to firs file folder same directory of first file download. 

issue #2

have "ask where to store or save  file" box checked. second item does not "ask where to save" it just saves the second download in the SAME directory. 

example 
if you have boat.zip and want to save that in the boats folder then download a second file snowmobile.zip it saves it in the boat directory and NOT the snowmobile folder.

Are these downloads on the exact same page, or just the same website, or separate websites entirely?

all. when i first noticed it i was downloading two utilities from the same site and server. tried two different sites  and same result. does not happen all the time but it does happen with two different sites. 
noticed that it will happen with a lot of download. or multiple downloads.
