Details
I had a 12/23 nightly (12.0a1) on my nexus s and stopped at a rest stop with free wifi today. The wifi was through a captive portal of https://1.1.1.1 that was using a self-signed cert. The security exception dialog came up, but it was oversized so that most of it didn't appear in the viewable area. I couldn't scroll and I couldn't pinch zoom it to fit - no matter what I did it just snapped back to the too-big upper left hand portion of the yellow dialog. So I couldn't accept the cert to accept the T's and C's. I was able to login with the android browser in ICS.
