Steps to reproduce:

Inicie o programa normalmente. (start normaly)


Actual results:

Após a última atualização para a versão 12 do nightly todas as vezes que utilizo o programa obtenho a seguinte mensagem:
"The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again."
Já desinstalei a versão anterior , baixei a nova versão diretamente da página de downloads, reinstalei, porem esta mensagem continua a aparecer todas as vezes que utilzo o browser. O program funciona normalmente sem outros erros.



Expected results:

No erros about update.

If you haven't re-installed already please perform the following:

Attach (using the 'Add an attachment' link above) the following files which can be located with a default install as follows:

for Windows Vista and above type the following in the Start Menu search box and press return.
%LOCALAPPDATA%
Then navigate to \Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\

active-update.xml

navigate to the updates subdirectory
last-update.log and backup-update.log

navigate to the 0 subdirectory under updates
if present, update.status and update.log
