From any bookmark or only from one bookmark ?

any bookmark. happens also when trying to type in part of a bookmark, which used to load a selection of matching entries, but now does nothing.

This bug has not occurred recently, although there have been other minor problems. As it was okay in Safe Mode, I decided to track down what might be causing the problems, and disabled some plugins. Specifically I found that Firefox worked better after disabling the following:

DivX Web Player plugin
QuickTime plugin
Silverlight plugin
VLC Multimedia plugin
Windows Media Player plugin

openSUSE 12.1, Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:13.0a1) Gecko/20120215 Firefox/13.0a1, loading sites using bookmarks is working fine to mee. I was not able to reproduce this situation.

Unfortunately we don't know what caused this, or why it might have happened. A plugin or extension could have been a caused.
