713465 - responsiveness problem left-clicking the mouse in webpages

Starting a few days ago, clicking the left button of the mouse within webpages results in no response most tries. Only 1 in 4-5 left clicks is actually detected by the browser.
I've tried and experienced the issue in Firefox 9, Nightly and Waterfox (haven't had any problem in non-firefox related browsers).
No problem left-clicking anywhere on the browser UI itself, just in webpages.
one things that seems to work apart from left-clicking several times until it's detected and I get a response is first right-clicking where I want to left-click and only then left-click - then the left-click is recognized.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile

The new profile thing seems to have done the trick. Created one a couple of hours ago and so far so good.

Oh, yeah, been meaning to write back here a while ago but forgot. After creating the new profile solved the problem I started going through my add-ons to try and find what was causing the problem and it seems the problem is related to this add-on called TryAgain (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/tryagain/).
So thought I'd report that back here just in case anyone else encounters this issue in the future and finds this bug report.
