The what's new page for zh-CN version, like:
http://www.mozilla.org/zh-CN/firefox/9.0/whatsnew/

This page can't crollable, because the property of 'overflow' set to 'hidden'.

Need change 2 css property:
1. change the 'overflow' of body from 'hidden' to 'auto'.
2. change the 'min-height' of "#wrapper" from '600px' to '500px'

body {
    ...
    overflow: auto;
}

#wrapper {
    min-height: 500px;
    width: 913px;
    padding: 10px  0 0;
    margin: 0 auto;
}

Thanks!
