+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #85036 +++
Today it took quite a bit time before some ops was found to ban an annoying spammer.
I propose that khuey and ms2ger could be ops :)

IT is not managing channel specific access lists. We don't know who are the regulars in the channel, who deserve to have channel operator status or not, and there are other people who can vouch and grant you access there.
Please talk to the channel founder (nickname "stuart") and/or with the other channel operators.

Current ops are stuart (owner), dbaron, dveditz, mkaply, bz, and smaug. If anybody else should be added, I recommend poking stuart directly.
Note that if you can't find an IRC operator around to ban a spammer, you can also e-mail ircadmins [@] mozilla.org... Even if we're not on IRC, we're probably reading our e-mail. :)
Based on the historical comments for this bug, it appears that two solutions (a list of channel ops, and how to reach IRC admins directly by email) are provided to address the described issue.

I'm closing this as RESOLVED FIXED.
