User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1 Build ID: 20111220165912 Steps to reproduce: All inputs takes a lot of time (> 1 second) to respond, here is a small list of cases : - Text input in form (text don't appear as fast as type on my keyboard) - Closing a tab (the rollover effect of the close button not appear immediately) - Switching to an other tab (some times not immediate) It's seems just the main event loop freeze sometimes. I think this regression appear with FF 7 or 8. I have 49tabs opened like always. Actual results: I got some freeze on inputs, for every actions linked to a user interaction (form, scroll bar, tabs,...) It's like after a certain amount of inputs the freeze appear, just like a block-net due to a file record for something like undo/redo feature. The input cursor in a text form stop is animation when a freeze happen. It also seems that the FF launch is taking much time than before (FF 6). Expected results: I expect to have no freezes on inputs.

The issue disappear completely in Safe Mode (with all my add-ons and tabs). Additional information : In normal mode during the launch tabs are overlapped intermittently by the default Windows title bar.

I already have the hardware acceleration deactivated and I only have the default theme. When all extensions are disabled the problem remains.

I don't know if the following information can have an importance but I am using an IPv6 address.
Matti -> You have a IPv6 connection that you can test? I don't have access to any...
The safemode doesn't disable IPv6 and it's very unlikely that IPv6 is causing problems beside connectivity issues. Reporter: Can you please locate your Firefox profile folder (there is a link in about:support at the top), close Firefox (!) and rename the file "localstore.rdf" and "localstore-save.rdf" in your profile to something else (example "localstore.old") and start Firefox again. The file will be recreated and that will reset your Firefox toolbar settings.
