Says No boot disk or so, then reverts to PXE.  I left the console in BIOS setup where I was confirming the boot order to be sure.

fixed scl2.csv to reflect the renames (there were two zlb1.scl2.stage machines, the older cuil ones are now *.pub.scl2.stage). sent ipmi power cycle to zlb1.pub.scl2.stage's ipmi address, brought machine back to life.
