713731 - Input dashboard doesn't show Firefox 11+

Version dropdown doesn't have 11 (aurora) or 12 (nightly) so we can't see feedback for those versions.

Also, the default is still set at 7 (it should be 9.0.1)

This is blocking feedback collection efforts at the moment and impacting our ability to respond to aurora bugs.

Working for now.  

Let's change this so it activates selectively:

It should pick 1 nightly (*a1 with over 50 posts, a2 with over 50, highest version without an a should be beta, any all versions (8.0, 8.0.1) where the major number is one less than the beta.

Does that make sense ^^^

Well this is already in cron, it's just about improving the script a bit.

The default version is still Firefox 7 for desktop.
