In https://etherpad.mozilla.org/2011-12-21-dongles-mtng we discussed running system_profiler and screenresolution at several points in the slave cycle, and recording those results externally for correlation with other factors. Joel mentioned using autolog for this purpose. How easy would that be to set up? We could also do this easily enough with a one-off CGI script and POST.
