Steps to Reproduce:
0. Make sure that SeaMonkey application auto-updates are off (it's in Edit → Preferences → Advanced → Software Installation → SeaMonkey).
1. Set your User-Agent string to an obsolete version of SeaMonkey.
-- I used "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.6pre) Gecko/20091125 SeaMonkey/2.0.1pre, a sibling of Firefox/3.5" with the help of the User Agent Switcher extension. In a vanilla SeaMonkey with no extensions, it's the preference general.useragent.override in about:config
2. Browse to http://www.seamonkey-project.org/start/
3. Hover your mouse over the link saying "the latest nightly build" in the yellow banner at the top.

Actual results:
Your status line displays http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-2.0/ as the destination of that link.

Expected results:
The current location for the latest (trunk) nightly is http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-trunk/

Additional info:
When you're done with testing this bug, don't forget to set your UA string back to its default. If you changed your preferences at step 0 above, you might also want to set them back.

VERIFIED for English by the STR in comment #0.
VERIFIED for German by adding index.de.html at the end of the URL at step 2.
index-test.en.html is the same as index.en.html AFAICS.
