The red bar on the right of the page at
http://www.pokezero.com/site.php?goto=index2 will not show properly at 1024x768
resolution; it shows up about twice as wide as it should be. This may be
related to the PHP, however.

The page in question does not load for me at all with Netscape 4.x.
There are 2 copies of <head> and <body>, and copious other HTML errors.
I recommend invalid or maybe evangelism....

Empty table cells dont seem to take on space/background color/bgcolor. I have a
similar problem at http://dailynews.yahoo.com/fc/Science/Black_Holes/

Gavin, how is that relevant to this bug? That should be a separate bug if you
think it's a problem (and I believe it's actually correct behavior...)
