From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.76 [en] (Win98; U)
BuildID:    2001030804

At the moment, Preferences-Advanced looks:
....

[ ] Send this email adress as anonymous FTP password
[ ] Enable javascript for Mail and News
    |========================================| (Edit field)

In my *humble* opinion, this is not optimal, cause the user doesn't associate
"Send this email..." with the edit field.
Furthermore, the position of the text "Checked items..." in the middle of the
dialog looks strange.

Here's my design proposal (*very* inspired by Netscape 4.x, i confess...):

[ ] Enable Java

[ ] Enable JavaScript for Navigator
   [ ] Enable Javascript for Mail and News

[ ] Send this email adress as anonymous FTP password
    |========================================| (Edit field)

Checked items ...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Mozilla ;-)
Seeing this on Linux and Solaris as well. Attaching a patch to move the
javascript in mailnews pref to the right place.
