Details
On many sites that have multiple flash videos playing (eg a flash video which is the content and a flash video or two which are ads), the content video doesn't play reliably or smoothly. If I wave my mouse over the video, though, it refreshes fairly reliably. I'm not sure whether this is Mac-specific, or even specific ad and content-specific. (I don't know enough about the different video formats Flash supports.)

I should note that if you make the ad display: none with the inspector & style editor, the choppiness goes away.

This is likely a regression from turning on async plugins. Plugins instance don't throttle themselves and sarve themselves. Ill take this bug.
