714227 - Make the "Save Changes" button beneath the comment box read "Submit" or similar

The button to add a comment to a bug currently reads "Save Changes". It would make more sense if this button was labeled with a word/phrase more aligned with the idea of adding/submitting a comment. This could be separated from the "Save Changes" option that is further up in the page and a checkbox could be provided to add yourself to the CC list (as in the mockup I have attached).

The "Save Changes" button is not only about comments but about all changes made to the bug. Also, the checkbox is wrongly labelled. Bugmails are sent or not based on your email preferences.

Which is why I said this could be separated from the Save Changes option further up in the page. In my opinion it doesn't make sense to make changes to fields at the top of a page and then to scroll down the page past a list of "read only" comments to a "Save Changes" button at the bottom.

Ah no, this doesn't make sense. If someone edits some fields and comments to the bug, then he would have to do it in two steps.

The label is too long and confusing. All it does is to CC the user, and we already have a checkbox for that.
