After I dismissed the dialog I filed bug 714769 for, I got this slow script warning moments later:

Are this and bug 714769 still reproducible in newer versions?

perhaps network related then

I think at this stage it's unlikely we'll be able to use this bug to fix something about Firefox, so I think it should just be closed. :-)
