Bug 700672 comment 88 indicates that 75Ω dongles are working correctly on the 10 hosts to which they were attached in bug 712180. Armed with that information, let's get started putting them on the remaining machines.

This doesn't actually block 700672 - if anything, it would be the other way around, but we've decided to move forward with this plan before actually "figuring out" what's going on, since it looks like a solid solution, so no blocker at all.

Given bug 713746 comment 12, let's hold off on this. It doesn't look like 75Ω performs correctly either. We can resume this project if we decide that it works *better* (in a probabilistic sense) than 100Ω, and we have a workaround for the failures.
