Steps to reproduce:
I can't update Firefox on my computer and can't get help because I don't have new version. My computer:Hardware Overview:
Machine Name: iMac
Machine Model: PowerMac4,2
CPU Type: PowerPC G4 (3.3)
Number Of CPUs: 1
CPU Speed: 800 MHz
L2 Cache (per CPU): 256 KB
Memory: 768 MB
Bus Speed: 100 MHz
Boot ROM Version: 4.5.1f1
47GB available on HD
Mac OSX 10.4.11
According to your requirements this should work but does not

The requirements at http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/system-requirements.html state that OS X 10.5 or greater is required. You might give the unofficial 10.4 port a try: http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox/

Worse yet, I believe current Firefox versions no longer support PPC processors, only Intel ones. Again, TenFourFox is the way to go for PPC support.
